Would it be possible or much too hard to put a thumbnail pic on the thread line where the camera icon currently is? Much like our avatar pics are on the left of the post, it would be cool if the first (or only) photo in a post was visible in thumbnail form on the thread line. I may be asking way too much!! As the board gets super busy, it could be an easier way to navigate through the posts. This is something we struggle with, because we completely understand that some people might want them to be more private, but on the other hand our whole reason for starting YLF in the first place was to create a free resource for people who are looking for help on the Internet. If all the photos were private it would lose a lot of value. </p> <p>Angie and I have talked about this many, many times, and if you have any good ideas for how we can achieve both we'd love to hear them.</p> <p>One idea we have toyed with is to create a paid premium option that offered features like private photos. This would naturally ensure that only a fraction of the photos were private, but at the same time give people the option if they wanted it. If you have been posting with photos over the last month then you probably already have one of these badges. To get the temporary badge that appears underneath your profile picture you need to upload at least 20 photos over the last 30 days. You get the permanent role after uploading 200 photos.</p> <p>Please use this thread for any feedback and questions about the new role. </p>
