Great skirt and you have many options for tops. I'd like to see it with a cropped, waist cinching jacket or fitted blazer in black for a suit look as Nicole suggests or a denim or colorful twill jacket to make it more casual.

Pretty skirt! Definitely have it altered. I'm late but wanted to tell you that you have gorgeous legs and should wear skirts more often.

Thanks everyone -- I'm glad the skirt gets YLF approval because I've always liked it. I'll get it altered and go on the hunt for tops to go with it.

I agree...great skirt. I think it's pretty versatile, so what you wear with it, depends on where you're going and what mood you're in. I could see it paired with a black or white (or black and white) blazer for a suit alternative.

I love black and white with yellow--so a pretty yellow cami with a cardi--red and black come to mind for the cardi.

It's a classic - it would probably go with every color top under the sun too!

I'd definitely alter it, it's a great skirt. You have a lot of options with tops, as long as they are the right length. I think pretty much anything (other than shades of brown) would work well. My first thought is a red wrap top!

It looks great on you aj! Since it's black and white, it's versatile enough to go with lots of different colors and styles of tops.

I'd keep the skirt. I could see it with a classic cardigan or cowl sweater. Even a blouse and vest, maybe.

hi AJ - I really like the skirt on you. The top you're wearing it with seems to work well. How about pink (since you wear that so well) or something red too?

When I worked in an office, this ATL skirt was my go-to skirt on days I wanted to feel good and look put together. I usually wore it with an ATL black sleeveless top and matching front-tie cardigan. The top is now to big and, thanks to YLF, I now know it was too long for a skirt.

I really like the pattern and the kick pleats. But I want to make sure that the style is right for an hourglass figure before I spend money to get it altered. I pinned the waist so you would have an idea of the fit and length if I did get it altered.

Also, any suggestions on what kind of top might look best with the skirt would be appreciated. Thanks!
