Maybe that is because the artist works out of a studio and not a store? I always find myself walking past the wonderful little boutiques and shops here, simply because I can't afford them. You can get pieces that are ultra-stylish and special (not mass produced).</p> <p>We've been coveting this Chicago jewelry designer and company, Ali Precious Designs (www.aliprecious.com). I don't think the web pictures do her justice- every piece is so intricate and makes any outfit look spectacular! Twice, I have emailed her about my likes and dislikes (favorite colors, my skin tone, etc) and also with a special occasion dress, and have gotten 2 BRILLIANT custom necklaces at no extra costs. I never cease to get stopped with compliments every time I wear them. She is meticulous and said she enjoys getting things Perfect.</p> <p>Is there a way to upload photos on this? I should share...</p> <p>I have some more indie favorites if anyone is interested! </p>
