I used to buy fairly frequently from Aritizia online, and customer service was always very responsive to any problems. That kind of snap is virtually impossible to repair/replace, so an exchange is called for. Sometimes they can just fail, usually because the set wasn't quite perfect for some reason. It's not often a delayed failure, unless the snap was put under unusual pressure. It's a cute jacket! I hope the exchange is processed quickly and there are no more issues. I like it and it would fill a hole in my wardrobe, I’ve been looking for something that might work better for me than a sweatshirt. The jacket fits very well into my wardrobe and I would wear as jacket and also as liner under coat for warmth. So, I’m happy with it and have a lot of outfits in mind. It looks better IRL in my opinion. As I was trying it today, I found that one of the snaps came of. I don’t have much experience with Aritzia clothes. I have a couple of accessories from them but that’s all. Is this a random issue or it might be a quality concern. Should I exchange it for another one or return it? Do you have any suggestions? What should I do?
