(I wonder if this is the billions of dollars in clothing H&amp;M has that was reported in the news this last 48 hours-LOL)&nbsp; I understand the economy downturn affected big name designers and I can not fault them for wanting to market to the masses and getting their piece of the pie.&nbsp; In my mind it is no different than those lesser designers that are making a lesser quality line to sell at their outlet divisions. They are selling a name! She had an eye for quality and thrift shopped amazing designer finds. Her mix and match capsules were gorgeous. </p> <p>I don't know how her long term experiment worked out, since she stopped posting. The capsule concept is having a moment right now so they’re just getting renamed. I can see the appeal if you’re not into fashion/style/shopping but still want to look trendy. I think around here we tend to think about capsules as small,high quality, investment things, but I think a lot of others just want to think of them as an easy way to get dressed, and don’t mind replacing it all every year. The capsule thing is appealing I think because it’s all already curated. One stop shopping. </p> <p>I used to know (probably still do) men in particular who shopped like this.
