I think the warm colors are lovely on you and I know black is so often a go-to as well. I really like you in the 2 warm cognac(y) ones. The light denim jacket does look quite short but, as you pointed out, with one base layer (and a long one at that), it skews the proportions. Some considerations I kept in mind as I looked: sleeve length, shoulder fit, color, and overall length. I had noticed it on 2 myself and wondered if it would be pointed out here. I'm sad to look at 4 and see the shoulders so far out past my actual shoulders. I didn't notice it during pictures. I'm barely 5'2" and often stumped by proper torso proportions. </p> <p>I usually only wear 14 over loose, flowy dresses that need a little structure. It's very soft and comfy too.
