It's very layered, and grown out to where the longest just barely touches my shoulders. I wouldn't mind letting the length grow out a bit, but it needs a shapeup either way. I also have this craving to go red/auburn (my natural color is dark brown with an ever-increasing percentage of gray). I do trust my hairstylist -- I have been going to him for 7 years, and I usually just tell him, "do whatever you think looks good!" Is you want to keep it shorter than shoulder length I would try short hair websites and magazines. They tend to have a lot of edgy, rock-n-roll styles.
