We have had great luck at Torrid, Lane Bryant, and other retailers like GAP and LOFT, which seem to run on the larger side. She just got very nice sweaters from GAP online. I know that there are plus size fashion designers but to find a shop which would carry different brands is difficult. My mom always shops at Navabi, I think its the only shop I know that corresponds to what you ask for. Every time I look for cloths online I stumble upon shops which only offer fashion is small sizes. Some of course have items in bigger sizes, but they are designed for skinny women and thus do not flatter my body.
