I'll let you be the judges of wether I've succeeded or not.&nbsp;</p> <p>When I looked through my wardrobe pieces and accessories, it became clear that I lack seriously in the fashion era department regardless of any era in question except the present. However, I tried to combine elements I think of as somewhat 70's or timeless in a retro way in this outfit:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>A thin turtleneck (deep navy)</li> <li>A wrap dress in black, grey and white</li> <li>Nude fishnets</li> <li>Earthy brown booties with stacked heel &amp; rounded toes</li> <li>Messenger bag in cognac</li> <li>Stone trench coat</li> </ul> <p>I realize I could have done more to my hair and with some accessories to enhance the retro feel, but this is what I ended with this time. I like the outfit and I think I could wear it without hesitation these days before it warms up more.&nbsp;</p> <p>What do you think? How can I improve these outfits? </p> <p>ETA:</p> <p>#3 Here's another try:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>A-line denim skirt</li> <li>cork sandals</li> <li>white hand knit</li> <li>yellow silk scarf</li> </ul> I'd wear this without a topper, I guess.</p>
