Another amazing set of outfits! Thanks for the entertainment. The funny thing is that many of these outfits and descriptions are bringing back memories I didn't even know I had! I was nowhere near cool growing up, yet I remember other people wearing certain things as you describe. Sure I wore lacy ankle socks, and plastic earrings, and a few things, but this kinda reinforces what a dud I was. We wore so many homemade clothes back then. BUT - I do remember getting onstage in grade 6 and participating in an airband competition mouthing "we got the beat." i had no idea what I was singing, I must have been subbing in for someone - but it was pretty fun.
