Anyone can join, create, upload their vision...if you have an idea for a unique style or wanted a specific type of blouse, dress, coat, jacket or pants then you can either draw and color with paper and ink like i do or use one of the Fashion Design software programs. I LOVE creating my own designs for my characters (I am an artist/author of illustrated graphic novels) and find myself yearning to wear some of the cool clothes I design for art. The actual end product CihicStar creates is not that poor...as a matter of fact it holds out pretty well and some of the materials this site uses are nice like brocade, velvet and cotton.
