In the previous thread I mentioned that there apparently is an attitude that you don't need to dress as well. I'm wondering how the economy permeates to the designers. Will they have less money to pay designers for good designs? Or is it like art and there will always be someone coming up with good designs? Will the trends reflect the times? Is there a correlation with bright colors and lots of detail with good economic times versus muted colors and neutrals and streamlined styles with tougher times? </p>
