I must admit that I myself have made many errors in this respect, only to find, later, that in real life it is really very difficult to walk in heels higher than 4.25", and that when I attempt it, I get lots of sympathy and offers of help from passersby who naturally assume&nbsp;I have a disability or a condition like polio or something. So far from the impression intended! I have noticed that in too-high heels, very few people can walk beautifully. Hobbling is not pretty. Holding on to rails for dear life as you navigate steep inclines and/or stairwells is not pretty.&nbsp;</p> <p>BTW,&nbsp;I used to be a ballet dancer so my balance, posture&nbsp;and physical poise is better than most!
