I don't know exactly what happens, but it seems to first pile on in weird places, then redistribute itself nicely. It's as if the body, traumatised by the weight loss, is panicking in the beginning and will hang on to anything, retaining water in the most bizarre places - the places we don't want - but it's temporary. Once it "knows" that food will be constant, it relaxes and fat redistributes. I have just gone through 2 months of feeling very jumbo but now it evens out nicely, and my shape is better than before (not to mention my energy level!).</p> <p>Do you have access to a swimming pool? I've noticed the massage from the water when exercising in it is very soothing. I was like a walking skeletal. But now I have gained some weight in a good way and I am glad about it. I wear those uniform religiously for summer only since shirts are most noticed in summer (suit jackets are not feasible to be worn during summer here).</p> <p>But during winter shirts are less visible and I wear only the pants from the uniform.
