Since I'm too short-necked and busty for turtlenecks, the more relaxed version gives me the sort of coverage I need and feels like me at all times. The fabric felt thick and substantial, and the silhouette practically had my name on it, so I succumbed to a purchase that, at first blush, doesn't seem too practical. </p> <p>But wait! Angie taught us all how to layer *under* dresses! And this black cowl-neck sweater is fluid and fine-gauge enough to be supremely comfortable under the thicker, ponte-knit dress! And I have great booties for skirt/dress wear! </p> <p>So, here are the two items paired together.
