The shorts have a botanical print that doesn’t show up super well in these pix, so that’s the pattern. I’ve attached a close-up here. </p> <p>Kate &amp; Suntiger, these are my fall colors; the shorts were part of a hot weather fall capsule I put together in Florida. </p> <p>Kate, not sure if it was my son or the weather making me smile. Today is lovely too. Tomorrow we are back to rain. </p> <p>Come to think of it, all of these items have been in my closet for a while. The suede jacket was in that capsule too; it’s Esprit, purchased from an outlet store in Kentucky a year or two before my son was born. I can’t recall when/where I got tthe sweater, but remember that when I found it in my closet &amp; was trying to figure out what to do with it 3 years ago, Krishnadoux made a very sweet comment. Even the cable tights have been with me for a while—they are from Hannah Andersson, which I don’t think I’ve bought since my son was about 5. The shorts were purchased when we lived in Texas, 13-14 years ago. I was considering having them altered somehow because they made my legs look like skinny white sticks. After Jane’s great examples though, I decided to give them a try with tights. What do you think? </p>
