Thanks, Angie! I'm really excited to wear my dresses. I need to stop by Express and pick up a bright green cami I saw they had the other day, I think it would look great under the shirt dress.

I was wondering if you know what to look for in a dry cleaners? Are all cleaners created equal? There's one near my house that also does alterations, but I take my clothes to a place that specifically does tailoring. It would be convenient for cleaning, though. I've not had to use a dry cleaners since I've moved to Austin. I've heard so many horror stories about sweaters being shrunken, ruined, etc. How can I find a good one?

I'm glad you bought the dress Ana! Thanks for the report back.

I appreciate the ease of wash and wear clothing, but sending certain items to the cleaners to launder should not act as a deterrent. I’ve seen too many items of clothing spoilt by people trying to save money laundering. That’s what I call penny wise; pound foolish. Enjoy your two new dresses.

Hi Nicole!

I went to Martin and Osa today and tried on the wrap dress. It was really nice--very soft, flattering, and just the right length, so I bought it. I talked to the sales person there and apparently the store is owned by the parent company of American Eagle Outfitters. They are catering to that "just out of college" crowd, so the materials are better quality, and the fashions more "classic." I'd say they run pretty true to size, similar to BR or J.Crew. I'm sometimes in between a Small and Medium depending on the item, and that was the case at Martin and Osa as well.

I haven't tried anything on in the store yet, but I'm planning on going over that way today. I will stop and try some stuff on. I am still curious about the dress. I'll let you know what I find out.

Ana, Have you tried on any of their items in store? If so, would you say their sizing runs true, small or big? Thanks!

Oh...it said it was machine washable. Those liars! Well, I guess that wouldn't work for a summer dress then. That's too bad, I really liked it. I guess I'll keep looking. Thanks for the info!

Tencel is a manmade fiber and is machine washable in cold water. But the silk aspect to this dress means that it will require dry-cleaning.

I hadn't been to their website before today. I do like the shop by outfit feature. They just opened this store near my apartment almost a year ago. I've been in a couple times, but never bought anything because a lot of it just seems very plain and not necessarily any better quality than you would find at BR or J. Crew, and I prefer the selection in those two stores. I did see this dress when I popped in today and I'm really thinking of buying it, but I wanted to find out more about the fabric, etc. before I spent $80 on it.

I don't know what "Tencel" means but what a cool website! I love the way how their "Shop By Outfit" is designed with the animated pictures. I think that every online shopping site should be designed like that!

What exactly is "Tencel?" Is it a nice fabric? I found this wrap dress that I like and thought would work well for summer, and it says it's made of tencel and is machine washable. Has anyone had any experience with this fabric? Does it wear well, fall apart, etc?
