I have a lot of cherished bargain items in my closet that fit AND are well made, and were bought on sale marked down to a "reasonable" (to me) price, but it would be quite expensive if I had to buy an equivalent item at full retail price. Parting with some of my favorite dresses and jackets would break my heart.<br /> If I could only salvage one item, it would definitely be my cognac Rockport boots. I got them for $55 and had no idea what a steal they were until they shot back up in price the week afterwards.
