I forget where, may have been in the recent Link Love, but the number produced is way above what it was a few decades ago. It’s difficult to see what we can do as consumers about this other than buy less, which I am trying to do, and succeeding- but overall the world is not buying fewer items with the rise of Shein and the like. So there is so much choice out there in a way, even although sometimes what we actually want is difficult to find at an acceptable price. I liked the Ezibuy shorts for instance at a $30-40 price point. I know that Next does sell online here in AUD. They also sell some other British brands that are hard to get here, like Jigsaw. Jigsaw pulled out of Australia in 2020 at the start of the pandemic. I feel like they tend to keep marketing the same items for years. I have a couple of cotton jumpers from them, which I think are Capture.</p> <p>I actually liked Next the best. But they could never give much information about fit or fabric. One of my favourite teal tops is Next.
