I am not sure why you would describe your style as plain when you're working a ruffled scarf like that I think you are just exhibiting an innate understanding of how to balance clean lines and textural elements. I wore this outfit today to play piano at a traditional church service. I made the scarf Friday:-)</p> <p>It's not something I'd normally wear, but the colors are my happy colors, the scarf is soft and drapey, and the ruffled profusion reflects the exuberance I feel at seeing the first almond blossoms open, with Spring around the corner!</p> <p>I like wearing very classic--almost plain--outfits with a touch of edge, or twist, or something.
