I can see that they were active on Instagram at the time I was trying to do all of this, so I messaged with a question about the error message. Nothing. &nbsp;Tried a few more times, and still no reply- even though someone was clearly logged on and active &nbsp;each time I tried to connect. . &nbsp;Finally see in the contest notes that it was only for US residents.
