I think the top will look great with the blazer, I will certainly try that. I think the top is happier with black bottoms than with the blue one, even thoug it is kind of brown/red/grey. Thanks everyone for commenting, I am feeling more confident than before about what I am wearing, such a great feeling.

Very nice! You look beautiful in red, it goes so well with your coloring. I agree about not belting the long cardigan. I love the looks with the cardigan and blazer. You can have some fun mixing up these tops with the jackets.

Super experiments!

Red and blue are your colours.

Sans the belt is best, and what about popping your new top under the blazer? It has length, which I think will work very well.

Definitely #2 without the belt. The outfit looks great on you.
If you want to wear the belt, try it over a top, then the cardi over that. Check out Sylvia's post from today re flared pants. Her outfit #1 is a draped sleeveless top belted over pants. You could do something like that and then top it with your red cardi.

I made some new pictures.
Picture 1 is the blouse with another pair of pants, pulled to the lowest point and the way it is when the elastic creaps to my natural waist and a side view. You can see from the way the pants fit that I gained a couple of kilo's since I bought it, I am working on those...
Picture 2 is the red cardigan as it is and belted as suggested yesterday. I am positively sure I am not going to wear this cardigan belted.
Picture 3 is what I am wearing today. Similar to yesterday, but with another top.
Not sure where this one goes, it is mostly shopping so I'll choose that one.
