The footbed was amaaaazingly comfy (well cushioned, all leather), but they slipped a LOT on the heel so I ended up giving them to a friend with a wider heel. I have two pairs of their boots and I loooove them (and have been wearing them 5 days per week this winter). Super comfortable and beautiful leather. Footbed seems to run true to size for me. Read some reviews that say they run large in the foot, but there weren't *tons* of reviews overall. Shipping to me is free, but return shipping wouldn't be. </p>
