Something about them just doesn't mesh with that very classic business look, to my eye. Maybe with a pencil skirt, but with a funkier top or jacket, with a scarf thrown in there? Dunno....They look a teensy bit majorette somehow with the straight dark pencil skirt in 10. Seems like the key is to incorporate some cream bookending, rather than the stark black and white (since the boots are creamier/warmer). Part of it is that the booties are not pure white, but more of a cream/beige. Also, I don't like them with the long skirts. </p> <p>Should I keep and keep trying to style them? Return, because it's not worth the effort? Any suggestions that might *make* them work? </p>
