After moving back to my hometown, a medium-sized town in Sweden, and starting to work, my clothes became more sensible. I have and still enjoy them, but one thing that's been nagging is that I always have in the back of my head that I want clothes that don't accentuate my tummy. And now I've come to the point where I'm fed up with that being my main focus when shopping, combined with an ambition to find more fun clothes again! I still want to feel put together, but I want to challenge my own idea of what type of clothes I "can" wear. (In line with Angie's post on "Beyond body type dressing rules" I'm looking for some creativity while still focusing on looks that I still feel good about https://youlookfab.com/2012/05/21/beyond-body-type-dressing-rules/)</p> <p>Two items that I have recently purchased (on sale!) are these pants that mainly in terms of the model but also colour (mustard yellow pants!) would not have come home with me previously - and now I feel happy when I wear them! (The tummy issues I have are most visible from the side)</p> <p>But, I need to shorten them, and since previously I've basically always wore full-length jeans I've never had to hem any pants. </p> <p>So, I would love your help with which length works best! </p> <p>The red ones I think could possibly work full length? But might be better hemmed..? Perhaps hemmed even more than now?
