I added the Re-new Transit Catch All toiletries bag for each, as they were on sale, and another sale item.</p> <p>None of the items showed sale prices once in the bag! Everlane doesn't have phone support, or online chat, so I submitted an email. Got a response within minutes. After a couple back and forths, they admitted the website issue, credited me the sale savings and I was able to complete my purchase.</p> <p>I was fully ready to abandon that shopping cart and purchase. Appreciate their responsiveness. </p>
