Recently I saw a woman in a color blocked outfit that was visually extremely strong : purple high suede boots, green pencil skirt, turquoise top. The colors were perfectly balanced and the garments clean cut. I couldn't stop looking at one of them -- she was very stylish and I was studying what she was wearing (cuffed jeans, high heels, big hoop earrings, a tan trench) and trying to figure out what I liked about her style.</p> <p>Do you do this, too?
