In Australia, we get just the finals aired and I love watching it with my husband (a Englishman who gets a laugh out of the fact that most of the time England doesn't seem to rate very well) as it is just. So. Much. Fun! Can I ask a favour and get you to please vote in my honour for me this year, Magda, pretty please?! I'd be so excited to know that someone I virtually "know" has actually voted for this! (Obviously, I can't living down here. Drat! So unfair. Why can't Australia be part of the EU?!) Moldova: I didn't like the song. Russia: the song was hilarious and somehow I liked it. Estonia: blah. Slovakia: it looked just like the Ukrainian 2004 winner. I don't like copycats and the song was the "I think I've heard it before" kind. Finland: the song was nice and I wish it had made it to the final instead of Moldova. Latvia: I wasn't thrilled. Serbia: I laughed. It was so funny that it was good. Bosnia & Herzegovina: I like rock music, so I'm a bit biased. The song was OK, but my favourite thing were the outfits. Poland: the song sucked and it still sucks. I hated it and I was very happy that it didn't make it to the final. I might be not very patriotic, but it's true. Belgium: I think that the guy sings like James Blunt and my mum thinks that he sings like Bryan Adams. My sister loved him. Malta: Eurovision standard. Albania: I couldn't believe that the singer is only 30. She looked like a 50-year old desperately trying to be younger. Greece: I don't get it. Just don't get it. Portugal: my favourite outfit so far. F.Y.R. of Macedonia: ehhh... I didn't really listen to the song, because I was watching what were the strippers doing. Belarus: nice, easy to listen, but not oustanding. Iceland: another typical Eurovision song.
