It is possible to find them! My red trench is from Anthro, so I agree that it would be a good place to look. I have a fit-and-flare trench coat with a similar "skirt" as #1 and it's so much fun to wear. (In my case, it creates the desperately needed illusion of hips rather than accommodating them.) Haven't seen the silhouette much in a winter coat, though.
