Marley, I certainly will report back! I currently have a giant folder of bookmarked companies and online retailers, but weeding through everything is rather time consuming and not likely to happen for another month or two. I was really hoping to find some brick and mortar stores nearby, but I haven't been that lucky.

Wow - these are interesting companies - and seem to flow right into what I would like to do next - I'm currently SYCing with almost a 100% success rate since January 1 of this year - next step will be buying organic from ethical companies - but not ready yet. However Kate, please let us know what you find out, OK?

I've heard good things about Loomstate and Edun. I used to have an awesome pair of Edun pinstriped jeans, but then I lost weight so I gave them to a friend.

I'm not sure how 'green' these are, but I saved this article from the Jan/Feb Women's Health Magazine for the vegan moto coat. Here's an online link http://www.womenshealthmag.com.....yle?page=2

I've decided that having one pair of jeans that work with my booties isn't quite enough for the fall/winter, so I'm on the hunt for another pair. It's kinda within the rules of my SYC because I will pay for the jeans with the money I've gotten back from returning a pair of shoes, and definitely a necessity for allowing me to continue SYC until 2012.

Usually I would just pop over to gap, loft, etc and find something good. But I want to see if I can find a pair of organic, ethical jeans. Two brands I've found so far are http://www.goodsociety.org/ and http://www.secondclothing.com/. There's also http://iouproject.com/, but their selection is poor. Are there any brands that you know of that I'm forgetting? And do you have experience with any of these brands? I keep finding conflicting information about goodsociety jeans and whether they are TTS, or if I need to size up or size down. I can go try on the second yoga jeans at a local store, but I have no clue how much they will help me find the right size of the eco jeans.

I'll probably end up just ordering a lot online and returning everything that doesn't fit, but any kind of guidance that you can offer is most appreciated!
