Even though I’m not a red fan and find it really hard to wear . I picked up a quilted red leather bag with a multi colour strap last week too . Just couldn’t resist . Haven’t been in our Daniel in at least a year but must get it soon . I’d like a new leather jacket this fall. And as to Hudson Bay - I don’t mind shopping there , as they have a good shoe dept and are the only local source for mid priced undies and pjs , coats , etc....but sale time is a gong show . A huge mess indeed . Since there was a big White Sale going on at The Bay, we decided to return THIS weekend (with bathroom tile sample in hand in order to match towels). To be honest, I also wanted to revisit a cross body bag that I had spotted at Danier Leather - and couldn't forget.</p> <p>I know some folks hate the jumbled mess that is a Hudson's Bay store, but I LOVE department store shopping. I roamed the two stories and when the closest line up put me off, found a willing clerk in the perfume department who rang me up! Linens, towels, DH's items, plus some things for me! Then on to Danier Leather!</p> <p>Analysis/rationale/justification :-)</p> <p>#1 Calvin Klein traditional midrise (?? - covers my belly button) needed a pair of full length jeans - for F/W, Tommy Hilfiger V-neck cotton sweater (Stripes! Colour!) love at first sight. Red leather bag (I've been looking for a leather circular canteen bag for a while without luck. The light weight and perfect colour of this bag called out to me. The shape might have more longevity than a canteen bag. Small purple change purse.</p> <p>#2 Calvin Klein traditional midrise jeans<br /> #3 Tommy Hilfiger stiped top (couldn't find my colourway - label says 4/2019 and it was the only one on the (sale) rack. Specs are identical<br /> #4 Danier leather bag - comes with TWO straps - one a 'guitar' strap that can be shortened so it becomes a 'bum bag'!<br /> #5 to demonstrate size - fits my largish wallet, phone, keys, tissues, change purse. Lightweight!</p> <p>I'm LOVING it all! </p>
