I don't wear typical navy well either--it's not really&nbsp;enough of an&nbsp;improvement on black to&nbsp; make a big investment--but I'm finally learning that some blues may be good for me, after I've eschewed them for years. FWIW I think that dark navy is really hard to pair with black. They are so close that it looks like I made a mistake dressing in the dark. While the two names are certainly marketing-driven, I do think there is a shade of difference between the two. The colour above would be ink blue--the colour of the cap of a blue ball point pen.
