I'd have been too nervous to do it myself -- it's not easy to get the weave right. Plus, I love my hairdresser, so it's fun to see what she does.&nbsp;</p> <p>Peri, I know -- it's lucky my hair is so pale now, so it doesn't need bleach -- though the blue is only semi-permanent as a result. The charcoal is more permanent and will last longer. I did it with just a charcoal a few years ago but wanted to try something more adventurous this time.&nbsp;</p> <p>Thanks for the nice words, all!
