I understand your frustration with the hunt for the right suit, especially when avoiding black. I agree that this look is a bit summery, as well as either trendy or a fad perhaps (finer minds than mine would know better). If you need this jacket to be a classic, multi-season workhorse with style longevity, standard sleeve length may be give you more options (sleeves can always be scrunched). </p> <p> This would work in many settings as is, just depends on your priorities. If you can use this now, while seeing if you will need a winter version, you may find more long sleeve options as fall jackets appear. If you truly want one blazer to do it all, I'd hang onto this one (tags on) and keep looking. Then if you decide you like it best, you can wear it to the interview. </p> <p>Good luck.
