I came across these comments about our company by doing a google search and I wanted to respond to them (better late than never!). What had happened with our Groupon promotion in 2009 was that we got completely overwhelmed with orders and simply could not fulfill them in the time frame we had quoted. We pride ourselves on our customer service and did the absolute best we could to get as many orders as possible out. If you ordered shoes with a Groupon from us during that time, you should have gotten an email explaining the problem and what we were doing to fix it. All customers who did not receive their shoes were issued a refund. </p> <p>We have made numerous improvements since then. After waiting about a month, I got an email apologizing for the delay. After another month, I asked about my shoes and got a generic response about how their very talented shoe cobblers are making them and they'd ship in 2 weeks. After another month, I got the same response except this time, my shoes would ship in a week. It has been nearly 6 months now and after numerous requests for a refund, I've gotten absolutely no response from them. Ladies, do NOT do business with this company. They are fraudulent and will just take your money and give you a run-around. If they breathe and stretch like real leather that would be really nice--the one negative about my Stellas is that they don't breathe at all (particularly bad when I wear her knee-high boots and then have to peel them off of my legs at the end of the day). I'm the opposite of you and pretty much only wear high heels, but it looks like they have a couple of options. Their color selection (a gross overstatement) is a bit sad, but they do have cute styles. The last time I looked they didn't have many styles, but I just checked and now they have a HUGE selection, so thanks for mentioning them! I have to admit that the large majority of my shoes are Stella McCartneys (which I have been able to find at really fantastic discounts--sometimes 90% off), but it's so nice to have other options. I came across their website today and am intrigued. They have three styles of shoe (two that have three inch heels and one with a one inch heel) and you choose the fabric and trim. I'm interested because the shoes don't use any leather. Does anyone have experience with them? Groupon is offering what is essentially a half-price coupon, but I would love a review before purchasing.
