Once before I had Wonder Woman add a 4 inch wide elastic band onto the waist of a pull on skirt (which this is) so that the original waist of the skirt sat on my high hip instead and gave me more length on the skirt. Because the skirt is essentially just a tube it didn't change the overall shape of the skirt at all. Do you think this would be a good idea for this skirt?
