I posted the item with many pictures, listed all the details, and accurately described the item. I sold the bag, shipped it to the buyer and received my payment all with no issues. Two months later, the buyer sent me a complaint saying there was a mark on the bag and wanted a refund. They claimed they had just returned to the country, then traveled back to their home country with the package and then discovered the defect. I asked the buyer to send me pictures of the defect and hoped we could find a solution since I listed that I do not take returns and so much time had passed, not to mention there was no defect on the bag when I sent it. After all sorts of inconvience, eBay sided with the buyer and I was forced to refund them, and upon receiving the bag back, found a mark that was not there when I sent it. Ugh! </p> <p>The reason for me telling this long, stupid story is hoping your seller is understanding and that under most circumstances, eBay can help you resolve this issue. I'm sorry you had a bad experience, though! People who send items that are not as described make the whole eBay system look bad! </p> <p>Maybe the seller could atleast pay to have the dress cleaned? It is an option on the drop down menu on your Purchased page.</p> <p>You have more options than the ones the seller says you have. For example, she is not the one who dictates return time. EBay will do that via their arbitration process.</p> <p>The whole point of the eBay arbitration process is that misbehaving buyers and sellers aren't marooned with only feedback as a vector.
