Sometimes they get me with it, sometimes they don't. When it comes by UPS they *always* get me. (UPS charges the brokerage fee) and if it comes by mail it's rare that I pay. Guess which way I like to order?? LOL</p> <p>That's what they are talking about when they state this in the auction.
