I've had 50/50 success in terms of items ordered - their sheath model doesn't fit right on me, but fit and flare does. And yes, the sizing can take a couple tries to figure out. The stretch cotton poplin and knit dresses feel nice.

My daughter ordered a cotton sun dress a few years ago, to wear to a wedding. The fit wasn't too bad, could've been fixed a bit with a small tweak, but the fabric was impossible. We ironed it and it still looked like it had been wadded for years. It was quite off-grain also, making the ironing process extremely challenging as well as to no avail. I think she just gave it away (not that anyone would be able to use it...) rather than try to return.

I have ordered some of their cotton dresses in the past and sent the whole order back. I agree with you about their shoddy fabrics. Yes, they were 100% cotton but it felt like a burlap sack! Very poor quality, rough, fabric. Some were like muslin that you use for making, well, muslins (basically, the throwaway "tester" piece when sewing a pattern.) I shan't be ordering from them again, but in case anyone is... I also found that their custom sizing makes no consideration for ease or lack of stretch,so if you say 36" bust, you get a dress that is exactly 36". Not too comfy if it's a fabric with zero stretch!

I ordered one dress from them. It's fine, but I don't like the DSL shipping they use, or the fact that most of their things are designed to slip over the head. I like zippers for easy on/off.

I bought one dress, and o.m.g The print was lovely, nice and crisp, true to color. But the 'ponte' material was like RUBBER! Horrible..... I literally felt sick when I tried it on (and believe me, I am in no way very particular) love the print so much, I may try to bring it to a tailor to see if she can save it :( If you buy any 'ponte' item from them, expect a rubber-like material!
