Their measurement is the circumference of the forefoot, but I'm not sure how it affects the heel. I usually only have a problem with the heel falling off because I have to size up so much to fit my forefoot. By the time that happens, it's a bit too long. If I could get my regular size in the correct width, I probably wouldn't have that problem. I actually asked customer service about that and will see what their response is, but I'm pretty hopeful. I feel like I'm going to faint. I thought Duo only sold boots but apparently they sell shoes where you can CHOOSE your size AND width in centimeters! I am seriously in shock.
