You put it on, wait until it dries and then wet fingers and scrub gently (it has lil grainy particles). It gently scrubs all dead skin off and it is moisturizing so lips are left soft. I put a lip balm on after that (also from Mary Kay).</p> <p>I SWEAR I can't live without these products during the cold months. This is the only things I have from Mary Kay but if you could hunt it down I highly recommend. My mother in law gave it to me and I LOVE it! No matter what balm I use, lipstick or gloss they get dry and reddish so fast I cannot catch up!
