Arrow will provide a quote if you send them pictures, and provide shipping labels to/from their location. <br /></div><div><br /></div><div>Maybe email Arrow for a quote and see if the dry cleaner will pay for some of it? They are all frayed.</p> <p>Clearly, it's not repairable--you'd have to take the entire coat apart.</p> <p>What are my options here? Urgent, because I only have a day or so to act, according to their policy. </p>
