What a great idea. I bought a few boxes of thin hangers with non-slip fabric-like coating and usually put the dry cleaner hangars in the recycling bin. Returning them to the cleaners make more sense.

NO. WIRE. HANGERS. EVER!!!.

Sorry, I cant help but channel Joan Crawford when it comes to wire hangers... Heheh

Yep, our hangers go directly back to the dry cleaners with the next batch of stuff to be cleaned (my husband's shirts go to the cleaners for laundering and pressing, so I stop in once a week).

I used to save mine and use them in my closet because they are so skinny and I thought I was saving space. Now I take mine back to the drycleaner to be recycled.

Just thought I'd share in case anyone else has an overabundance of hangers that they don't know what to do with.
