That doesn't necessarily mean they won't work for you, but you might have to try harder to find a flattering style than I did.</p> <p>You never know what you might discover. All these years I have been saying "NO TUCKING EVER" because I'm short-waisted and it just looked bad on me. But then I gave it another try this week and it didn't just work, it looked great.</p> <p>In short: Some styles naturally work better on certain body types, but I think almost anything can be adapted for another body type if you're willing to put in the effort to find just the right piece. Just look at skinny jeans.
