If I want my earrings to show they are dangles. More attention to the face and less to the neck. But I have a collection of drop earrings, which always balanced my long neck, and few shorter or stud earrings. I find them hard to find in something that will show under my medium tones medium length hair, and not be too heavy or over-done (I'm not boho or dramatic) but still be substantial enough to contribute to a look. It's a transition I'm just starting.
