What I don't get is that the high temperature is predicted to be *X*, yet the hour by hour highest temperature is always *X* minus two degrees.

I just want to forecast to be accurate when I'm traveling or will be out all day. And in a city with a lot of micro-climates, please tell me where you're measuring the temperature!

Our weather reports last week said 105F and it turned out to be only 103F. So I had to put on a sweater. Kidding! I just got back from the SF Bay Area and it was foggy and windy. I loved it!

Lately, the weather reports have been off. Like way, way off. Like predicting 63 and it's 82 off. Augh! Although I prefer 82 to 63. And last month we had a lot of high 90's.
Just complaining a wee bit. I know this is what layers are for. :)
