Also a flag motif would look cliche IMO. </p> <p>Color combinations associated with holidays, flags or other kinds of organizations can look kitschy when the colors match exactly, but I think when you play around with the hues things get interesting. Adelfa makes a great point about this when she said that the red of my jacket has a blue tone to it because the red in our flag tends to be a brighter true red.
