Nevertheless I think you are right that I had worn that one too low.</p> <p>Louise I certainly have some pear tendencies in that I carry any extra weight below the waist and on my bottom and thighs. However I have quite a strong shoulder line. That dress makes my hips (which are not that wide) look much wider because of the way it balloons out above the elastic.<br /> Anyway I think I'll give up any thought of DW. I'm not actually sold on how that picture came out. It wouldn't copy for me, but you can look for it if you want to see a drop waist dress that skims rather than grabing onto the hips.
