I think it looks slightly better in real life, but this picture captures the general voluminous feeling. There is a belt, but it pulls the hem up and I don't like the slit that high so I'd likely wear it loose.&nbsp;</p> <p>What do you think of it over pants?&nbsp;</p> <p>The price was good enough and I have faith in my sewing skills to contemplate shortening it into a tunic length. It has nice pockets, maybe a tunic length over shorts would be nice at the pool.</p> <p>Or I could just send it back.&nbsp;</p> <p>Thoughts?</p> <p> </p>
