The fabric is so fab. (Where's it from?) </p> <p> I don't think the sleeves need altering at all, in fact I like them. You have great arms so you shouldn't worry about them on that account, and I actually love cap- and short-sleeved dresses, especially when the skirt is fuller like that one is. It's a nice balance, especially good for pears and hourglasses.
